What is a Vision Board?
It is a collection of images used to inspire or manifest your desires. Traditional methods involve clipping out images from magazines and pasting or pinning them onto a larger board. Recently electronic versions have become available which allow us to use digital images to create a vision board on their computer screen.
With new technologies in neuroscience, we have now created a vision board that can communicate directly with your subconscious mind through the use of brainwave entrainment.
What is Brainwave Entrainment?

The brain communicates via millions of brain cells called neurons. Each neuron generates an electrical signal. The combinations of signals created by these neurons are called brainwaves. Brainwave entrainment is accomplished through a phenomenon known as the "frequency following response." When a constant frequency or rhythm is presented to the brain, the "frequency following response" creates a similar frequency in the brainwaves. Entrainment occurs when brainwave frequency changes to match the constant frequency presented to the brain. | |
