Little by Little, Bit by Bit

We had another insightful conference call today with our mastermind team. There are always several “ah-ha” moments and today was no different. Today I took away one major point. Now this point is not an earth-shattering or groundbreaking revelation, and it is likely something that you have heard or read somewhere along your path. However, it is worth sharing. Just because you have heard or read something doesn’t mean that you really KNOW it or have IMPLEMENTED it into your life.
The ah-ha is that a little effort over a long period of time will yield great results. This is how habits are formed and amazing things are achieved. I always use fitness analogies because I am a competitive triathlete and runner. I’m sure you would agree that running 2 miles/day over the course of a year is far better than running 26 miles/day for 4 weeks and not doing anything for the remainder of the year. They both equal the same amount of mileage, but the first has a long-term fitness benefit, the second would likely result in injury. The point is this: If you want to be better at anything (running, meditating, relating to others, public speaking, or a creative endeavor) then resolve to spend a little time on it each day. Most people wait until they get really motivated and then they work on one thing to the exclusion of all else. What generally happens then is you burn out, get impatient, or just give up. Resolve to do something every day even if it is only for 30 seconds. It will become habit in less than a month and you will feel good about moving closer to your goals.
And speaking of goals, write them down. Once you have them written down, read them every day. This is a great activity to make a habit. It will take less than a minute, and it will force you to look at your day with your end game in mind. In my opinion, the two most effective ways to make sure that you read your goals every day are this: Put them in a word document on your computer and inside your startup file so they will be the first thing on your screen each time you start your computer. Second, take a hard copy and have it laminated to keep in your car. You can keep in your door pocket or under your visor. As you are stopped at lights or stuck in traffic, you can read through them. Little by little and bit by bit you are putting the Law of Attraction to work. Going back to my running analogy, a little effort consistently applied over a long period of time is the ticket to that which you desire.
This is why we created these Get the Dream products and tried to keep them around 20 minutes long. We realized that in order for it to be effective, people are going to have to use them consistently. We hope that many people find this tool a useful part of their daily routine.

Speed the Law of Attraction with Vision Board of the 21st Century

What Are Get The Dream Manifestation Videos?

There have been some questions on what exactly the product is. We may have to include a brief video clip on the website at some point to demonstrate it. First, it is an electronic file that you can download. It is a .wmv file to be exact. You can view it in Windows Media Player or in Real Player. Both of those players are free and likely already installed on your PC. It is essentially like watching a movie or DVD except you will be asked to close your eyes for a good portion of it. You will have your eyes closed for the first part of the video while the audio portion gets your brain into a receptive wave state. You will then be asked to open your eyes and view images and affirmations that pertain to the product. The video portion here is similar to an electronic vision board. During the last segment of the video you will be asked to close your eyes as the audio brings your brain back to an alert state. It is important that you do not skip over the beginning or end of the program because there is brain wave entrainment throughout the whole program. The first part of the program where your eyes are closed is where your brainwaves will be slowly taken from an alert beta state into a low alpha/high theta state. This is the state typically achieved through meditation or hypnosis and the best state for accelerated learning
or self-programing. During this low alpha/high theta wave state your subconscious mind will be exposed to visual images and affirmations. You will then be asked to close your eyes again. This final portion is very important too as it brings your brainwaves back to an alert beta state. Wash, rinse, repeat
It is that simple. Dim the lights, put on your headphones, and do the programs as often as you like.
