Positive affirmations such as this can help us develop a healthy outlook and overcome life's challenges. Using daily affirmations creates a positive attitude and is essential to manifesting success, optimal health, and passion for life. Wealth affirmations are used to manifest financial abundance.
Maintaining a consistent, positive mindset can be challenging. Many people engage in negative "self-talk" without being aware of this destructive habit. Positive affirmations are a deliberate way to counter any negative self-talk you may have. Through repetition you begin to believe your affirmations. They then become the truth of who you are and manifest into your reality.

Guided Imagery

Guided imagery is the practice of visualization with a guide. The guide may be an instructor, a script, or audio program. The goal is to engage your senses so that your mind treats the imagined experience as real. This is the mind-body connection. It also will cause a change in brain wave activity. Guided imagery is used extensively for healing, creativity, or performance. For some, guided imagery is the only way to sustain a consistent and successful practice. A guide is helpful because meditative practice can be difficult. Our minds wander as we engage in self-talk and distractions. Even those experienced with meditation can deepen their focus with some type of a guided imagery program.
